Kate v Eckland is a writer, seamstress, and mother of two. Born and raised on the beautiful west coast of Canada, she earned a BDES in Toronto and now lives on the Sunshine Coast with her husband and children. A graduate of Simon Fraser University’s The Writer’s Studio & The Writer’s Studio Graduate Workshop, Kate writes about her experiences with grief & motherhood.

Kate’s debut memoir What Parents? is an intimate look at her experience of losing both parents to cancer before the age of 24.
